LSR ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR

Princeton, New Jersey, January 24, 2003 – Life Sciences Research, Inc. ("LSR") (OTCBB: LSRI) announced today the resignation of Mr. M. Faruque from its Board of Directors.
